Blanson segregated its casting facility in 2020 from its other operations in order to further enhance the quality and integrity of our material. Blanson's casting process is performed at a stand-alone factory occupying 22,500sq ft, incorporating class 8 certified clean rooms.

In addition to the casting facility, the company has a further 62,000sq ft dedicated to machining, polishing, finishing and quality control operations.
